1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shree Samriddhi platform, dashboard, and algorithmic execution tools (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Software.

2. Description of Service

Shree Samriddhi is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We provide pre-built algorithmic execution strategies and automated order-routing scripts. Our platform integrates with official third-party broker APIs (such as Zerodha Kite, Upstox, Dhan, Angel One, Groww, and Fyers) to route trading signals generated by the software to your personal demat/trading account.

3. No Investment Advice / No Solicitation

Shree Samriddhi is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (IA), Portfolio Manager (PMS), or Stock Broker.

We do not solicit investments, suggest specific stock options, or provide trading recommendations. All strategies provided within the Software are toolkits run entirely at the user's discretion. The user remains solely responsible for enabling, disabling, and adjusting the execution rules.

4. Risks of Algorithmic Trading

Algorithmic trading involves unique and significant risks, including:

• System/Internet Latency: Slippages, network delays, or API outages from the broker side may cause orders to execute at unfavorable prices or fail completely.
• Execution Logic: Pre-built strategies execute automatically based on mathematical indicators. Past performance does not guarantee future profitable results.
• Market Volatility: Derivative trading (Futures & Options) is highly speculative and can lead to rapid capital loss exceeding initial margins.

5. Account Credentials & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your broker API keys, client IDs, passwords, and TOTP secrets. Shree Samriddhi does not take liability for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or compromise of your broker credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Samriddhi and its founders, employees, or associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, capital depreciation, loss of profit, or system downtime resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
